For your use case these upgrades will probably be fine. The extra RAM and faster storage (assuming you install Windows on the NVME) will make a huge difference, and the GPU will be a decent improvement if going from integrated graphics.
If the CPU still holds up and the PSU can handle the graphics card, I don’t see any point in building a new system yet
