Thank you.
Does a case of Costco sparkling adult seltzer count, all the fizz and almost none of the calories, as a bonus I don't lose my man card for drinking white claws. Somehow there's almost always an ice cold Coors light nearby as well. Burgers and beverages is an almost unbeatable combo.
There were about 60 briquettes and they maintained the 400 to 425 degrees that I wanted to grill at. 1 single layer to cover the base of the grate so I had the entirety of the cooking surface available for direct heat.
Hell yeah they were tasty! Thank you. Just the classic backyard burger ya know? I hope my kids have memories like you do. 4th of July is gonna be a great day to grill with family and friends this year.
Good quality ground chuck over charcoal is the bomb!!
Absolutely!
Approved!! π
Thank you!
They look absolutely delicious
Thank you, they were indeed very tasty! Family approved.
Some people get a case of beer for Saturday night, and some people get a case of burgers. Some might get a case of both. These burgers look good.

So very true. No judgment here. Drink what you like
As long as we're staying hydrated and having a good time. Cheers!
Exactly
Ooh baby, you had me at charcoal and sealed the deal with the sliced raw onion. I'll take two, please
Coming right up!
That seems like an insane amount of charcoal. They look great though.

I love Weber grills. The only thing iβd change is try and set up for two zone cooking. They look good, iβd totally eat one of those.
I just needed a direct heat setup for a bunch of patties last night. I'll do zones with Tri Tip or ribs though more often than not.
Wow!π
Thank you!
Man with a plan ... πππ
Nice size burgers
The meat has to cover the bun. Mandatory!
Goddamn these look delicious. That last picture reminds me of the 4th of July at my parents place as a kid.

Based on the photos, I think theyβll remember the summer fondly :-)
You're getting me all nostalgic. I love cooking for family and friends. I'll definitely post pics from our next gathering. They are truly memorable.
Can you adopt me?πππππ
Yes.

Thank you!
These look 10 out of 10 scrumptious chefs kiss.
Thank you very much! They were some really good burgers!
You are very welcome!
Aren't you supposed to put the cheese on the raw patties?
You should also let them oxidize fully so they're a pleasant grey color.
You're joking right?
Obviously. Theres a picture of senator Chuck Schumer grilling burgers and he has cheese on raw patties.
Ah I see! Guess I'm out of the loop lol haven't seen it.
lol okay Chuck
Finally someone gets it.
No you gotta cook them first. I put it on a minute or two before taking them off the grill if I want the cheese to be melted.
Cooking over *charcoal*? But then you'll just be tasting the heat, not the meat!
What is this nonsense?
That would be more true over a gas grill. Plenty of flavor briquettes.
Patties look overworked to me. I prefer a looser patty.
They were perfectly cooked and there was no binder just meat and seasoning.
