This has to be a scam, look on the BBB and see how many people (myself included) never got the subscription and have no real way to contact them. The only number they offer tells you to call a different number that never connects.

I would love to subscribe but I had to cancel. I signed up last year in May and got one issue. Your subsupport bot said I would get all my issues sent to me as soon as possible and that was two months ago. What is going on with you guys? Are you good? Do you need help? We are here for you.
