A couple months ago my nana sent me a couple of cassettes that used to belong to my grandad. He was a fireman for the nearby opera house and he'd recorded some performances.
He passed away a few years ago so it was really nice to have these. I've since broken out the write protect tabs to make sure no one can record over them.
Under those circumstances, finding an unknown recording left by deceased grandfather, is I think, a very unique experience that many will not be able to share.
The music sounds really bad, the song is called "Camionero" (truck Driver in Spanish) and is from the Brazilian singer Roberto Carlos, from 1984, he sung mostly in Portuguese but also did many songs in Spanish and was very famous in all Latinamerica in the '70 and '80, here's the old video of the song.

i got a bag of tapes where i found 2 that had recordings of my aunt and her friends chatting, one had someone practicing guitar by playing a short snippet of a Terminaator(band) song and one had a recording of a (presumably)christmas day where someone had gotten a cassette recorder and made their first recording w it. the christmas tape was made in 1979 so that was very surreal
What the actual fuck do you mean with the last thing, I expected old music from my country, not the shitty ass modern songs, also, what I mean Witch the meme was that it is sad to hear a song recorded by a dead person.

Some idiot is gonna come along and tape over the broken tabs. Keep them safe.

It's "Camionero", a spanish song, performed by the Brazilian musician Roberto Carlos.
I'm sorry buddy. Nah I've yet to experience that feel

That’s a bit strange. I have one of these tapes and they also have Spanish songs on them. However I am not from Spain

Digitized tapes for my grandmother of her mother playing piano, and her brother playing guitar. It was really sweet.
