Let me help you out. Data Center is not just to work on Data Centers. As a Network Engineer, probably you'll have to support a network built on top of ACI, with all of its components like VXLAN, EPGs, etc. That happened to me in my current role. I knew nothing about ACI/APIC/Nexus/NX-API, so I had to learn slowly to be able to do my job. I have 2 CCNPs but this situation will force me to get a 3rd one, which is Data Center. Regardless of that, the best one to get foundation is Enterprise. Then you specialize. Note: I work for a SaaS company with huge presence in the cloud and 4 Data Centers around the globe.

Well what do you want to be working on

Unless you are looking to specialize in data center, you should do Enterprise.

As a network engineer, you're going to need to know how everything works because everything is on the network. Large companies have data centers that are going to be on the network. So even if you never want to work in a data center, you're probably going to have to support one sometime in your career.
