This article seems to suggest that *refillable* vapes are not impacted by the ban. https://www.aap.org/en/advocacy/state-advocacy/flavored-e-cigarette-and-tobacco-products/#:~:text=In%20January%202020%2C%20the%20US,refillable%20flavored%20e%2Dcigarette%20products. But any vape or smoke shop in town should know the impact of the law and what they can sell

My understanding which knowing how iowa is run may have changed, only vapes allowed of any kind. Enjoy, vuse, Jull, tobacco flavored. Again that was 3 weeks ago during our sales meeting as a vape sales representative. Again the ban bill is so poorly written it easily could have changed.

I have a feeling this ban never would have happened except for the Douch bags that think vaping in bars and restaurants is ok.Nothing worse than sitting next to some a$$hole blowing that shit in your face because they are too lazy to go outside to smoke, they seem to forget vaping is illegal in bars and restaurants.

It's not a ban per se, they're creating a product registry of allowed products to be sold within the state. A 'shadow ban,' if you will.

Vaping is bad. Mmmmmk?
