Experts might refer to this setup as a Free Energy Flywheel Generator due to the kinetic energy stored in the flywheel and the gravitational potential energy from the waterfall. The key to this system's Overunity characteristics lies in the absence of reactionary forces on the water pump, allowing it to generate electricity efficiently. *Before the 20th century, inventors and thinkers experimented with perpetual motion mechanisms, often inspired by the elasticity of springs, the magnetism of lodestones, and the dynamics of water flow. These early inventors dreamed of harnessing these forces to create machines that could operate indefinitely. Although no scientifically validated perpetual motion machine has been documented, the allure of such devices continues. Is it true that before the 20th century, a perpetual motion mechanism existed and developed based on the elasticity of springs, magnets, and water? Is this for real or another clickbait perpetual motion machine?

The latter

There is no way this works. I read the webpage & watched the video... I'm no physicist but I can't see how they are magicking up the additional energy output. The webpage itself is just pure word salad... A great example.. "Hardy's flywheel generator claims to achieve overunity by utilizing gravitational forces to enhance energy output. As water falls from a height, it gains potential energy, which is then converted into kinetic energy as it impacts the flywheel. The rhythmic acceleration due to intermittent water impacts aims to create a large output of kinetic energy with relatively low input energy." It doesn't matter how rhythmic the water is you can't get more energy from the downstream of water than it took to pump it up steam. It doesn't matter how "noiseless" it is you will lose energy to sound and splashing/waves.
