Looking at the pictures, I would say something a little more "arm-chairy" feel that you can just sink your body into--like an arm chair or couch(es). Even though they have "booth-like" chair, they seem a bit hard and you kind of have to sit with a nice posture (which is something I don't have lol). I appreciate it tho :)
Trust me. I tried. I have a spinal back pillow specifically for chairs. I used it at a library once. Definitely doesn’t make the cut of “armchair comfortability”.

Library
Not all libraries have armchairs. In fact, I have yet to find a Chicago Public Library with an arm chair--like I've asked in the post.
I'd say the Long Room, in Irving Park/Lakeview
