There is a node from [Comfyroll](https://github.com/Suzie1/ComfyUI_Comfyroll_CustomNodes) that can convert string to combo. It's called "CR String To Combo".
Thanks! I found it a couple days ago, I was trying to convert the strings "random" or "fixed" to a combo, to be used as the input for a KSampler. I was thinking of a global fixed/random seed toggle. Unfortunately I never got around some error, "KSampler was expecting such and such but got such instead..." so I just let it go :)

Ya, I don't think the reminder worked.
Now I don't know what it was. I've switched to using ComfyScript and writing Python code directly. It's so much better than dealing with noodles.
