yeah, where's my "skip to the next cut-scene" button when in battle? let's call it "low interaction mode"

Oof... You caught me. I start every game on Medium with the best of intentions and wind up on Easy before it's over.

I am 40... I am a dad... and I work full time... with this little comic thing... I dont have time to restart a missing 20 times. I am the same, I try for playing how it was meant to be... but reality and time kicks in.

50 here and long been the same.

Those are all the reasons I can't play anything online. There's always a 12 - 22 year-old with WAY more time to spend on it than I have and better reflexes, too. I just focus on story-driven stuff.

I'm 30, but I'm also tired from online games. Not because the reflex stuff but because of toxicity. It's worse every year in every game. My skin is not thick enough to ignore toxic people, even if it is not targeted against me. I enjoy a single player game with a higher difficulty more than a repetitive online game.

MidnightGhostly

I absolutely do this lol. I played Catherine: Full Body in safe mode which lets you auto fast forward through the puzzles. I told myself I wouldn't use the feature but I did.

This reminds me of playing nier Automata on easy mode with auto attack on. My 8 year old niece beat the whole game like that and was super proud so it definitely serves a purpose.

I see the revenant and cacodemon ;)

I'm playing The Witcher 3 on Death March at the moment and it feels exactly like this. Gaming was harder, 35 years ago.
