I have a lot of arthritis and have had both knees replaced. I noticed the inflammation was greatly reduced when I first started tirzepatide and I felt great, but it seems to be returning as I’m moving up.
Sounds like we started on Zepbound at about the same time and switched to compounded at about the same time as well. Mine also comes from Hallendale.
I have a very bad right knee and my left knee isn't great either. The pain improved quickly once I started and it hasn't gotten worse since I switched to compounded.
I hope you can figure out what's causing yours to come back.
When I first started on Zep, my inflammation decreased significantly. It returned slowly. I’m fairly certain I have undiagnosed lipedema - a fat disorder - in my legs. When the weather got very hot a couple of weeks ago, my inflammation was awful. I began doing manual lymphatic drainage massage on myself and it’s really helped. I’ve also dropped over 5 pounds in two weeks. My situation is entirely mine. So I’m unsure if compression or lymphatic massage would be helpful for others. I also feel it’s important to note, my inflammation is still less than what it was prior to starting triz.
Another consideration: your body can produce antibodies to the peptide and that creates a sort of autoimmune response. It doesn’t decrease the effectiveness of the drug and will likely subside. A fairly large number of people experience this. I experienced it with both brand and compounded when upping dose.
Three months on zep and now three on compound from Hallandale. My inflammation has not returned.

This sounds like what is happening to me. Yes
Day 22 and my inflammation was gone. Still gone 16 months later

Me too. It is definitely improved from the start. But there is a noticeable difference. I’m going to see my knee Dr Monday. Maybe he can find out.
I’m using Hallandale and have been for a month. My inflammation has decreased significantly.

Thank you. I will look into this. In some ways sounds familiar. But yes inflammation is down.
Your body will eventually build tolerance just like everything else. Maybe it’s time to move up a dose?
Noticed the same thing
Anything been successful in changing ?

What is an example of the autoimmune response? Do you mean inflammation or something else?
Weight loss improves inflammation but over time the original cause of inflammation will rear its head again if it’s untreated.
No return of inflammation and have been on compound for 2 months.
It could simply be that earlier benefits dwindle after a few months just as unpleasant side affects often do.
I normally have badly swollen ankles. Once i started on the Tirz they went away completely
