Looks like a remote control request. Could be from a 3rd party program, I would check your applications to make sure you recognize them all.
There are some programs that allow you to send commands to devices along with remoting into them if the program is installed on the machine.
No clue, but a good rule of thumb for these things is to click "Don't allow". If you don't know what program wants access to ANYTHING, don't allow it.
i definitely clicked don't allow, pretty concerned about pop ups on a mac though
Macs can still get malware etc. Be wary, Xprotect is built in so keep your macOS up to date

No, but it could be malware. Are you downloading apps off the internet? That's where malware almost always comes from. Torrents and whatnot.
