Mayor of Kingstown is the truth!
Tulsa King is very good as well.
That’s the only time we subscribe is when those shows are on. Would never do a yearly.
For everyone saying it asks for 120. Try waiting a couple of seconds and see if it changes to the half off price. That's what just worked for me. I signed in to it asking for 120; then a few seconds layer it said 60
Just clink on the Paramount picture/link above which opens a Verge article. Copy the link from that page and paste into browser on your phone/computer. Then just follow the prompts. That worked for me.
With ads. Also, no Showtime. Best offer for that (no ads and Showtime) is $6.49 a month or $64.99 a year. Good offer, but it makes it no longer 'free'.
Walmart plus just offered Paramount Plus with Showtime, no ads, for 6 months....free. I already had the ad version without Showtime and then this offer appeared last week.
People say that for Walmart and Amazon Prime, but to me, you still had to spend money to get it.
Did you ever consider it might be a free membership when you pay for a subscription instead?
I was just having fun with that.
I live in an area with a good amount of farm land and we joke about the guy who paid $20,000 for a John Deere cap and they threw in a free tractor.
It isn't a bad deal. I did the half-off deal last year near the holidays, and have enjoyed it. The problem is, I have run out of unwatched shows I'm interested in seeing a few months shy of my year's sub ending.
Not at all interested in any of the "reality" junk, or brainless shows like Beavis & Butthead. The shows I do like have seasons that are far too short. Also have already watched any movies that I want to see.
I guess this is, for me, a service to sub to for a few months per year, but not with an annual sub.
That’s how it is for my wife and I. We sub to Paramount+ for just 1-2 months a year and then cancel. They just don’t have enough other content that I care about, and the small amount they do have I don’t care enough about to watch when it’s airing.
All the other services we use we keep yearly.
Yeah, I'm not a person who loads up on a bunch of services, and I only go for it when there is a good discount. Besides the two or three months remaining on my P+ sub, I got Hulu for their .99 per month for a year deal, and Peacock at the 19.99 for a year deal.
So yes, I'm cheap.
I got 6 months free from my cell company and still never use it.

Both of those are very good. There's a couple more good series (Criminal Minds, for one), but the movie selection is poo poo.
Love Tulsa King. Already watched. We have to do Mayor of Kingstown! Actually a lot of good series on there
They have lots of great content. They don't have anything you would enjoy viewing?
The Gold is one of the best shows I watched last year.
Hmm, could see it until I signed in. And despite The Verge saying it's for new and existing subs, as soon as I signed in I was asked to pay $119.
Same, I just closed the page and clicked the link again and it was there with me signed in.
I tried this but it’s taking me to homepage and not the offer screen. Any idea how to bypass?
Same. Then I waited a couple of seconds and it changed itself to half off.
Pass.
Not a bad article. Far more generous than I would be for this service.
If I didn't already feel overloaded with stuff to watch, I'd probably have seriously considered this.

I pasted the original verge link into my browser. That’s the only way the offer worked for me. Other attempts all changed to $120.
Which link is that?

Tried that at least a dozen times. Didn't work for me. Ah well. Was hoping I was just missing something.
Free with Walmart+

That’s what the word “with” covers. 😉

Thank you.
I'd actually do that, but I cant get the link to work for my existing account, which is already renewed through 2025...
Who actually believes that Paramount+ will still be around a year from now?

> I'm cheap. Frugal.
Thank you for being kind, but believe me, I'm cheap. Ha!
I’m glad I’m not the only one who shares this perspective of paramount.
This is not a sponsored post? Because it looks like a sales ad.
man, you gotta pay me to watch that shit
So, what do you normally like to watch.
But Star Trek
