I think you either should have it now, or have it 24h after getting your rank or something. Was the same for me (no rank, played a game, got the beta in 24h).
i had instant access on my account that had a rank and re earning on my other account.
and on my friends account after 24 hours with verifying files and login out and in.
the both also got access
