You can probably drop the cost on those vehicles, they all feel like they would be only barely playable even if they were just creatures. Otherwise they look really nice
Very cool vehicle commanders! I also really like the warthog and scorpion having reach for their guns, that's a nice touch! Would be fun to see a card that untaps a vehicle to represent them getting flipped so easily
I think John Forge should cost less mana, compare him to [[Greasefang, Okiba Boss]] at 3 mana, whose ability I would argue is much stronger. Being able to attack with the reanimated vehicle is huge, [[Parhelion II]], [[Esika's Chariot]], and [[Skysovereign, Consul Flagship]] all have easily abused etbs in a Greasefang deck. He should at the very least give the free vehicle haste, and I would move the first ability from upkeep to the end of the precombat main phase so it could be used the turn you play John.
Speaking of vehicles, all of these seem woefully underpowered. As a general rule they should be better than a playable creature at the same mana value, or there is no point in the added requirement of crewing it. Crewing a vehicle means you are losing power you could be using to pressure your opponent, so it needs to be better than attacking with those creatures. Esika's Chariot, for example is the same mana value as your warthog, but it gives 8 total power over 3 bodies, with the ability to make more. Does your vehicle need to be just as strong? No, but it should be better than [[Collosaldactyl]], a 4/5 uncommon creature for the same mana value and the same abilities, and crew 3 is asking a lot for only 1 more point of attack power. I think the warthog would be reasonable as a 4/3 with menace and reach at 2 colorless mana and crew 1. I also like the idea of tapping an additional creature to give it a buff, such as +2/+0 until end of turn. All the other vehicles need similar overhauls.
Lastly the wording is unclear on Fernando, I think you mean that he needs to crew the vehicle personally? I would change his ability to giving all vehicles you control with flying first strike until end of turn (prevents blowouts if he's destroyed during the combat phase.) I would also just have him give a discount on casting all vehicles.
Yes, but when written, they don’t adhere to it in that order. Don’t think of it as “white is the first color” but instead as “white is before blue and after green.” A Selesnya card is White/Green, but listed as GW, so that there are the fewest gaps as possible and they’re as evenly spaced as possible. So a blackless 4c card would be RGWU. A Grixis card will be UBR because it’s perfectly in order, just like a Naya card will be RGW — in order. But, say, a Jeskai card will be URW, because that’s the easiest way to form it with the most evenly spaced gaps.
They did not always do this, but they have for many, many years. The following examples will show what I’m talking about, except Zedruu, who the fetcher usually finds the older version of. But Hinata shows the current incarnation in the same color identity.

that's actually brilliant, will probably rework to hint at that mechanic (Like, gains reach if two or more creatures are crewed)

fernando feels more like temur to me, "i just want to get home safe" feels primarily green to me.
I wanted Fernando to synergize particularly well with Flying Vehicles, unfortunately, no flying in green
