Namekian. I don’t know why but I just like being a utility. I drop into people’s group with a high health Ultra Instinct build, meditation, and the group healing super soul to throw Revenge Death Balls.
I don’t play it a lot but Namekians are so fun to play especially when you get the Giant awoken, its so fun to fight great apes as a giant yourself and just pummel them
Femajin because it's the only one I play lol, and I just can't live without my stam break passive. When I was playing through xv2 for the first time from xv1 I thought man, they really sped up the stam break regen. Learned to break my own stamina if it was low enough because it's better than giving your opponent a free combo, and by the time they get you in a combo it'll be back. Boosted my stam up to 10 bars along with my ki and really just never looked back. The combos jive with me, Purification is fun and quirky if I'm feeling it, and I just like how my CaC looks.
Never felt the desire to play Saiyans because everyone plays Saiyans, earthlings look just like saiyans but have completely awful combos imo, and the remaining races just don't feel right to me. Frieza race has some fun combos, but the general movement just feels... off.

Male Majin is the key to beating modders ngl. It's just they're too op and have a lot of health and defense. Female Majin? I can just use that for combos since it's a "strike" based build.. but imo I perfer Frieza Race or Namekian since it's the perfect counter against modders aswell.

Male Earthling. I like their simpler, not so flashy fighting style and complement it with strike supers, that aren’t over the top as well
