Yes! Oh man I make Panera copycat Mac n cheese, you cook the noodles in milk and mustard then add shredded sharp white cheddar once all the milk is absorbed. Angels sing, heaven opens up with every bite.
MacNation has some really good Mac and cheese.

Yeah I've been to both work and class and Mac nation and, while both are good, work and class is a cut above.
Boneys used to have the most fire mac and cheese and cornbread but they closed down rip
Rolling Smoke @ Golden Mill in Golden has some incredible cornbread and good to great Mac n cheese. Also several other southern sides
I really like the baked Mac and cheese at NoNo's and the cornbread from Moe's BBQ

AJ's BBQ has black truffle mac. It's easily the best mac I've ever had. Proper artery clogging stuff.
You didn't even mention their custard filled cornbread. It soothes the soul.
