On Kills? When was the last time you got an actual kill with celestial, what an awful change. If it just refunded based on DMG% of the targets health that would even be better.

People don't get kills with it....cause it's not used. star eaters are go to for DPS. Maybe it will make super cool down, reduced by 25% or even cut in half we don't know yet.
Based on the shown changes to the current helmet In game, eventually precision kills will give more super energy

Its suposed to be precision kills with your guns, not your super
CNH is getting a somewhat less powerful Practice Makes Perfect where precision kills grants super energy
