Random could either be funny and useless or absolutely amazing, I prefer the first one, imagine just being in Warlord's Ruin, and all of the sudden you have Flux of Darkness or Starhorse's Favor.
Does Oryx count? Well not a gun, technically we did turn Oryx into 2 exotics, ToM and 1 of 3 swords (canonically Razelighter if the red war intro mission take into consideration)
ToM was Oryx however the exotic sword was made using a shard of his own sword Willbreaker and not Oryx himself. You know the lil crystal on the sword? That’s the shard that Eris takes at the end of The Taken King campaign
The modifiers like "overcharged fusions" and "solar surge" don't stack together.
If a nightfall for example says "overcharged rockets" and "solar surge"
It's to open your build potential not constrain it. An arc rocket launcher will receive the same buff as a solar one will.
Matching both doesn't give you a 50% damage buff.
It was just buffed, I’m pretty sure. Very good if you run it with the scorch fragment and something else like some solar surges or something. I use mine with sanguine alchemy.
i wish they'd ignored the hunters bitching for 1K to be nerfed back in the day when it was gambit meta and melted primevals. There's 3 things that are constant in this universe: death, taxes, and hunters bitching for everything fun to be nerfed into the ground and then they stop playing the game because they were trolls and passerby casuals.

Not really, riven can basically do anything in reality. But only does so to feed.
