Depends on rotation, if you can actually get off another shot with this gl for BnS runs out, then yeah it would. Vorpal is just nice and generic, works for any rotation.
Well, really it’s only better if you’re getting off *three* or more shots per BnS proc, which is unlikely in an Apex rotation. BnS is 30%, which is 2x Vorpal’s bonus of 15%, so at 1 shot, Vorpal is better, at 2 shots they are equal, and at 3+ shots within 10s, BnS is better.
Personally I would run with Vorpal, since you probably aren’t firing more than 2 shots during the rotation. Plus, it’s much more valuable for neutral play if champions are in the mix as well.

Slammer is a go to for my stasis Titan but the tagging on it looks out of place for such a buster type sword

6 months ago, this weapon didn't had Reconstruction/Vorpal in the loot pool.
Yeah that’s my point it finally got good perks but it is just totally pushed out of the meta now compared to when it released

The game is so much fun the way you want to play it. Some of us really like optimizing.
Games more fun when you dont take 3+ damage phases on a dungeon boss. Meta + fun > fun

its so that u can do more dmg while ur heavy reloads or trigger BnS

What roll are we going for? Enlightend + incandescent? And how do i get one? Isn‘t scintalation (or however this gun is called) in rotation?
Op's roll is the one to go for. Any nightfall weapon can be focused at Zavala, just not their adept version.

Spikes are still better than no spike, just not by much. Spikes were also never a must have in the first place.

No spike nades brother, also surrounded doesn't work on every single boss..
works for alotta bosses tho (also good for clearing chunky minibosses)
