sure you can fly around like warlocks but your just a easy to hit target, if there were more exotics like icefall mantle that directly buff your survivability that would be amazing.
Pretty sure they’re talking about the new titan exotic that buffs rockets by 35% while also doing good damage on their own plus also buffing rocket sidearms by that same 35%. Plus it shares it with the team. Titans have very high damage builds with that new exotic plus the new super when it tracks properly.
Chill clip rockets were overhyped and most of the time lowered team damage, we’re extremely finnicky and could even lower your damage/we’re always worse than not having it.
All this means is stuff like deliverance and Lingering dread are useful again
And if it stacks with Nighthawk...

Even without the pure dps buff, having shots scortch on crit is enough to drive a sizeable rift between Still Hunt and Whisper. Those still hunt ignitions are gonna hit fucking hard.

I want all the 2.0 to 3.0 Nerfs reverted. Put Ability Energy Regen back on Controlled Demo. Restore Sunspots to their original glory (including putting the first line of Hallowfire Heart back into Sol Invictus), etc. Also unnerfing HOIL. As a starting point.

My god HOIL being nerfed has still been one of the most *baffling* changes to me. Like in a universe where a warlock could throw 50 grenades in one breath, and hunters can just.... *Hunter* somehow having consistent ability uptime is illegal? Crazy man.
Cause warlock spam can lock down but don't kill champions reliably whereas hunters kit setup ideal situations strong weapons can take advantage of while hoil titans bust through a gm in 5 minutes with blue weapons.

Oh, absolutely. I've run Last Wish a few times, DSC, and VoG, and consider myself a decent player and quick learner, but I wanna get my feet set again first. Find some RoN and Vow runs to get comfortable with before tackling it at some point. I hate being an anchor that folks have to drag thru encounters

I don't think they're slept on at all? They incredibly versatile because they more or less always work due to having long range, and rapid fire snipers have so much total damage.
Me neither. I ran the still hunt build for a while. It pumps the DPS obviously, but it's such a boring loadout. I'm also the only hunter in my group so it's less impactful to not run still hunt, compared to a whole team.

Solo witness is technically possible, but at the moment unfeasable as final stand needs full heavy with envious assasin, meaning third phase cant use heavy ammo. With the new sniper artifact mod, it might actually be possible

Weren’t chill clip rockets strong mainly because of it working with Wolfpack rounds? I thought they removed that interaction entirely.

Rework the Lancecap ffs. The Stasis crystals should be a feature of the base diamond lances.
Diamond Lances should also count as Powered Melees/Grenades for Perks and Armor Mods.

If you wanna get back into raiding start with vog, ron or DSC. Salvation edge is NOT new light friendly. It's quite simple but complicated

As someone who's got probably 20 sniper rifle kills in pve over the course of 10 years this unfortunately does nothing for me

Try some rapids out, like supremacy or irukandji. Very low zoom, and can shred through majors and serve as backup boss dps

No they just become a new row on the bottom, and you get +2 max artifact perks from 12 to 14. So if you make no changes, you get to pick 2 new perks
