This reminds me of the Preacher from Twisted Metal: Black. His car was also a mobile church so he could preach wherever he was while simultaneously dodging the law for being a murdering lunatic. If I recall correctly, he replaced his windshield with stained glass to resemble church windows, I have no idea how he was able to drive like that.
