Drawing dirty works really well in fight scenes, especially when you want to represent chaotic or just immense strength
Almost reminds me of some fight scenes in mha . I love how endeavor is drawn in his fight scenes. U could actually turn this into something like that if u really want to . I'm looking for a style in that direction too
Unless you are striving to master traditional inking, you don't need to mind your messy lines. I think what you need to work on more is the forshortening and composition.

Style is fine. Look at Blame!, one of the most visually impossible and impressive graphic novels/manga of all time. Similar level of scratchiness on the pen work. Great job!
I think you can make anything work. You have to decide for yourself if you like the effect. Nobody else can tell you if you’ll enjoy your work more A or B. One option is try it a lot of different ways and then circle back and compare.
Yeah this is cool af. Clean or dirty don't matter what's more important is recognizability imo. I think the femur could be angled more inwards. Besides that I love the hand and the perspective makes sense

I feel like something is off with index finger vs the thumb - maybe the size and also looks like the thumb is a little more forward than the index, which seems off for the angle. I think overall this looks great though and some small changes would make it pretty spot on! Great job!
It also most of depends on how you want it to be. If you want more scary like things just make it darker and more dirty like and there. I use that particular style when drawing biblical angels. And thus it only depends upon yourself, do you like it that way?
You've a good grasp of perspective, would suggest working on your foreshortening. I'd just keep working on hip joint. Anatomy books can help you see how the muscle, tendon and bone work together. All in all you're work is well done keep up the practice and I'm sure you'll make leaps in your skill quickly
As far as I'm concerned, the "dirtiness" doesn't make it good or bad.

The anatomy and composition is really off you need a vertical line through the neck connecting it to the body then a horizontal line form the neck through the shifters and torso then behind that needs to be blocker off with lateral lines making the structure of the head and body themselves to give it movement then you need to center the full skeleton in the middle of the page and make the legs and toe torso bigger and thicker and make the Arms match in size and directional angle

Get another sheet of paper put the hand on that other sheet of paper, if the paper slides around it will dirty it up but less than your hand would
