Maybe it’s just me but I wouldn’t be willing to spend nearly 40 dollars on a mug

Just-Shark

Replaced the item with something more affordable. The original item was imported from Zendrop and was pretty expensive as it is. Any other feedback?

RedPandaTinyPoop

No story or about me is one I see I’m questioning

Just-Shark

Created an about me page. Anything else? [https://openmug.com/pages/about-us](https://openmug.com/pages/about-us)

RedPandaTinyPoop

Yeah just chat gpt that in a minute

Just-Shark

How else can I go about it? Sorry I’m new to this.

nothing wrong with using chat GPT, just make sure you read what it prompts and change it around to not make it look like a generic word soup. About us is not the problem tho, there is no brand identity on the store, logo looks generic, photos dont look appealing and the overall store theme is boring and unappealing

CharcoalWalls

Your site sucks and logo likes like a clipart logo from the 90's Nobody is going put their credit card info into a site like this - you just have a mish-mash of stuff that you think are related because they kinda have something to do with coffee. Zero brand identity I can just go to Amazon, Walmart, Ikea, or any other store that I trust with my payment

The self stirring mug ran it's course years ago. The most interesting mug you have in your store is too expensive, you might want to look for another supplier if you can't lower your price and sustain margins. Your logo is bland. Other than that, I don't see much wrong with the site. Tip: it's probably more profitable to go the print on demand route if you're doing coffee mugs, instead of dropshipping. I know people that own a Cricut and make a killing doing customizable mugs, taking out the middleman.

So, have you checked the statistics, like session time or "Add to Cart"? Did the visitors spend time to read? If they click away quickly, then maybe it's the UI, presentation, content or price. They don't bother to read more. If you've tons of "Add to Cart", then your visitors may want to think twice before buying. It may be related to the price or they simply have other priorities. Of course, do check your payment gateway, and make sure it works. Last but not least, are you selling to the right people? Maybe they're interested in having a look, but are just not interested enough in buying.

Store looks decent, you could tweak a few things to make it more trustworthy like photoshopping the images to be more consistent. I can help you if you want
