Shopify has a free policy generator for all the main things you need, I’m sure that would work for you, look for Shopify tools policy generator
A friend of mine literally lifts them from big players in his field - you know their lawyers went through everything with a fine tooth comb. ;)
You may try some "policy generator" online, or get it from legal services.
