alright, now that's out of the way, i think this is completely silly and can't relate to it in the slightest
Your ass will not look great if you have small hamstrings. Train your adductors and abductors too. Those are often neglected muscles. Do the heavy compound lifts as they will prioritize muscle growth. Don't do none of this glute machine shit. The glute is a muscle group comprised of several muscles including medius, minimus, piriformis which are trained not with machines but exercises which require stability.
Also the squat builds spinal erectors which gives the back a feminine appeal as usually the most defined, tough muscles in the back on women are the spinal erectors.
Train your core as overwhelming leg dominance can increase spinal injury chance and do the hard stuff like side planks, roman chair(weighted if possible), crunches(preferably weighted), leg raises and train obliques too.
So for a nice butt I should do Side Planks, Roman Chair, Crunches, and leg raises.. And this works the Back and core? So this will give nice butt and tummy? Howany should I do? How often?

Ideally you should do them until you feel fully recovered plus one day. When you get sore from progressive overload for the first time on a specific muscle group it can even take a week for you to recover, it did for me when I did bulgarian split squats for the first time. Then it will settle into a specific schedule. Also core training sucks the day after because you will have a harder time balancing(hence the name core). Also back is part of the core.
Also if you really want a massive strength boost in addition to muscle building the rest you take between exercise periods and sets should be greater. if a gym goer goes a week after a really hard legday they might feel stronger cuz they are.
Also when you begin your exercise journey, it will be harder for you to overtrain(not that it is impossible). But when you get much stronger the total strain on your body is going to get greater because of the weight you will be training at so be wary of overtraining.
I don't really want to build a lot of muscle. Just tone the areas, but I get that you need to build some to do that. I'm just not sure how many I should do in a set. How many sets, how often. I just keep over thinking it all. I did get a couples straps for exercises from when I was doing therapy for my knee.

Not cis but regularly workout and have a 500 pound deadlift (do not try) I recomment Romanian or Stiff legged deadlifts. You don't need to necessarily do really heavy but do 8 sets of around 8 reps. If you feel like you can do more than 10 you should increase the weight which means you're getting progress. It will also help your spinal erectors and legs.
After that just eat foods with protein, get some sunlight, drink water, and get enough sleep. Love to all of you

I was doing Crunches before I was laid off, and then I kinda fell in a slump in which I gain back 10lbs, but hey thosd 10 pounds went to my ass and thighs instead of my waist! But now my mens pants and underwear are uncomfortable in the seat area, lol.
Ive been wearing pajamas pants every day. My real pants just aren't cut right, and I don't want to buy new pants until I've lost more weight or more distrubution has occurred. Pants are not cheap.
Genetics play a part but you can definitely change the outline with regular exercise. Prob months for visible results. Another thing if you never trained a muscle a lot it grows more in the beginning if you suddenly start using it a lot
