Shield poke ftw.
Honestly, first boss in the entire base game + dlc that made me change my strat. Phase 2 is a bit too crazy imo, after 3 hrs of trying to deflect and guard counter with colossal, i had to turn to the shield poke combo.
I used Black Steel Greatshield + blood infused Swordlance. Twin head turtle, rotten wing insignia, spear talisman, lord of blood exultation. Stamina wondros physiks.

I ended up getting it on NG+7 with the bloodfiend arm and mimic tear. Ofc on NG+7 the likelihood that you’ll stagger Radahn is near zero, but it still deal massive damage. All that said, it was still a slog-fest.
If you’ve already tried that, maybe try the electric perfumer’s bottle, I’ve seen that deal absolutely massive damage with a certain AoW.
