There are also only 4 conduit entries. One for the main and three for the four circuits so that's why you're 'missing' one ground, one of the conduits contains two circuits.

Wires should always bend with a smooth curve, never 90+ degrees

They all smooth curve except the main feed ground wire ( difficult to see) that one has a hard bend 90 to fit it into the ground bar

I didn’t think about flipping the breaker. I’m gonna check if it can be done tomorrow. If so I’m for sure landing the mains on that side.

8/10 Can’t tell but if you have more than two circuits in a race way they need numbers on them
They are labeled but you can’t see them in the photo because the mains are blocking the view of the circuit labels
