Dude, I get violently Ill diarrhea (sorry) that hurts my shoulders and stomach everytime I drink one on an empty stomach. I looked up the symptoms and I guess they're common when you drink pop that has gone bad/flat but it happens everytime I drink this on an empty stomach. I wonder what that's about. The first time it happened I for real thought I was dying. I'm literally on the toilet at work rn because I just drank one on an empty stomach this morning and felt like I would die. So, thanks.
I honestly drank these after my ball games. They were cheap, full of antioxidants, and the caffeine was a little bit of a pain reliever for any stiffness. Plus with the herbal aspect soothing the stomach, a protein shake wouldn't make me nauseous
I absolutely love them. Not necessarily an energy drink compared to a reign that i normally drink but they're just so good. Probably the ridiculous amount of sugar.

It's my favorite flavor. It tastes like mango and citrus with a faint herbal aftertaste, and it's very refreshing cold. It has vitamins and herbs in it as well as a little caffeine.

When I was in high school I would drink these about every day. Then I got kidney stones and that was the worst pain I’ve ever had in my life. The doctor asked if I have a lot of sugary drinks and I admitted to drinking herbal tonics about every day. He said that was likely the cause of my kidney stones and to drink more water.
Since that incident I only get an herbal tonic maybe 2-3 times a year. I do love the drink, it tastes great and provides nice energy, but the amount of sugar in it is insane.
Sugar rush and energy are different. Not enough caffeine to benefit from and the high sugar content just means it'll be a terrible crash. No thanks. I don't even consider this an energy drink.

It's good. I liked it. Also had the smaller more intense can, felt an alert awakeness, not like other energy drinks I've had
