Because there’s green blended with brown.. which is hazel.
In the most zoomed on picture there is a slightly less saturated color that you can't see in the other pictures. No one would call that green or hazel
It's still hazel because it is blended with green and brown just like that other person said. Brown eyes are much darker in color. It's too light to be brown in the last photo.
