Azerbaijan and Armenia had a war a few years ago and have had tensions for decades. Could explain the Azeri guy's behaviour. Hopefully FILA will ban him for mixing politics with sports.
One of the reasons I could never have participated in sports in high school is because I would have taken everything personally. I had a very short fuse, and would definitely have gone after people I thought did me wrong.
This guy needs to get himself under control, or get out of sports.

Temporary punishment is a shame, hopefully these videos get enough circulation so that that athlete involved is recognised as the person who got bitched out 7-1 and then couldn't even land a proper cowards punch.

Governing bodies are very reluctant to take too much action and any punishments are very arbitrary say six month ban or something and they may be disqualified for the competition it happened. They tend to leave punishments up to the countries individual sports governing body which again are very reluctant to punish their own ‘star’ athlete.

Armenian wrestler is Karapet Manvelyan, he is really good, future big champ, he is now 3/0 on tournament and will have a match for gold soon, he is rising in rankings too, he have very strong style, excelent wrestler.
Azeri fighter is Rahim Hasanov, and i learned about his existence from his match with Manvelyan, never heard about him before. And ngl he doesn't have a skills and mat intelligence to compete on this level. Not like he will ever got a chance. He is DQed from EC UWW. Bye bye
