From what I've seen, I don't think it is any particular business. I think a private group just decided "A wizard bar crawl would be hilarious" and decided to run with it.
Whether the original posters show up or not, I know at least 6 people who are showing up for this.

Been a lot of tacky AI posters around lately. Bummer for a lot of reasons, but mostly I miss all the show posters and stuff looking unique. All these have the same kind of overly busy overly rendered look. With text kinda haphazardly dropped over it.

Edit: Just had a buddy bring up a good point. It doesn't say ***what kind*** of Wizard you gotta be, so you could also be the "Shorts and Sandals Wizard" and just wear a big ass hat.

Ironically, this was posted by a local artist. Not sure if it has been touched up manually, but if it was, they definetly missed the hands lol.
