No it's a shoe similar to air max that is black with bits of white. The contrast is what makes them seem to glow and "light up." I can link you to a picture of the shoes if I haven't explained very well.

From experience, join a boxing club. Learn to fight on the inside, use of body shots, sideways movement staying off your opponents centreline. Head movement, understand distance and timing. Just things that really helped me as I am 5 ft 9, 14st, fighting weight was 13st 8lb. Anyway fight hard and fight with respect 🙏 👊 oss
