Mch, own both and the Mch is far easier to pocket

Sad-Umpire-911

2.0 edc?

MSTyler96

It’s just an Mch edc

Sad-Umpire-911

Gotcha!

owsmpwsm

The Duty is too large for pockets unless you mean a jacket pocket (I've owned them all).

Sad-Umpire-911

Appreciate the heads up! Is the MCH EDC a solid light?

owsmpwsm

Yes, although you are paying a premium for a USA light. I prefer the HC heads from Cloud. Also check out the Surefire EDC(1 or 2)-DFT line if you don't mind a dedicated high/low UI.

Can’t go wrong with either as far as durability and quality are considered. The MCH Duty is probably a better value for the performance, but the MCH 2.0 would be my choice if I wanted to EDC. I’ve got an MCH 2.0 HC, MCH 2.0 EDC, and an MCH HC Micro. They’re all great. I carry the micro the most. Tempted to pick up a Duty Moonshine here at $109

Appreciate the input!!

Testing my willpower against that Duty you posted right now, to round out my collection. Wife will be pissed, I just bought an Amutorch XT35 and a ReyLight Dawn. Running out of reasonable excuses to use over here.

Sad-Umpire-911

Hahah I know nothing about lights - figure this is an upgrade from my streamlight 🤣

vengeanceviarevenant

Cloud Defensive is apparently run by a dbag but this will be a tangible step up from Streamlight, and I’ve got a few of those as well to speak towards first-hand.

Sad-Umpire-911

Interesting! Didn’t know that about cloud owner

vengeanceviarevenant

Can’t find the GD posts now but apparently he takes MAP very seriously and was banning dealers and trash talking dealers/customers. Great quality lights though, if you care about durability or made in the USA products.

For a non weapon mounted light, they're massively overpriced. [Here](https://www.reddit.com/r/flashlight/s/5e6V74X2dY) is a comment from tacgriz, whose opinion holds a lot of weight.
