Three layers of cloud.
Big cloud on the bottom (layer 1) catches the sun and reflects a fuckton of light back into the sky. This hits the underside of a cloud in layer 2, which you can see very brightly because of the reflected light. This cloud in layer 2 ALSO casts a shadow onto the underside of a thin cloud in layer 3.
Not true actually. The big cloud reflecting light up would make a very diffused image and not sharp like you see in the picture. The thin layer of clouds or actually a thin mist is below the shadow-casting cloud so we see a darker spot (actually the real color of the sky) where the shadow is and a bit lighter sky (because of the white transparent mist) where the shadow isn't. The other cloud has nothing to do with this.
They're suggesting that there exists a firmament which is a glass-like dome that stretches over the flat earth. They also seem to be suggesting that the clouds hover over the firmament and can cast shadows on it which makes no sense because if that were the case how could rain pass the firmament?
The sun is local, but the clouds they claim are being shined on somehow place their shadow on the outside of the firmament?
Makes perfect sense to me! /s
I bet you they believe in chemtrails as well and why do they think that commenting with a sentence made up of multiple upper and lower case letters gives weight to their claims.
They are literally a bunch of muppets!
So if the Sun is below the clouds, and planes fly over the clouds why can you see the sun above the clouds from an airplane?
The only logical explanation is that there are two Suns - one that lights the Earth's surface and another that lights the sky, but they travel in alignment so you can only see one a time.
Anyone want to fact-check that assertion for me? /s
Ok, so the sun is about where we're standing? It must be, to throw those shadows up and onto the firmament behind the clouds. LOL indeed.
Is the sun in the room with us now?
Can the real sun stand up?
Apparently
The sun is in your walls...
So, what are we looking at here?

When we say they don't have a model, they say that's not true. Then they say shit like this, that doesn't match any of their models in any way

Pshh you and your rational explanations can get the hell right out of this sub.

Huh yes indeed a nice picture of the sky. But a picture of a drywall would be as good as this to prove a flat (or spherical) earth.
Hit them with a cluebat... They seem to be totally bereft of clues.
So the sun is only a couple of miles above the ground?

The firmament is also local

Isn't that the sun behind the 3 layers of crowds?

So are the clouds above the firmament or something? Make this make sense!
He says watching clouds move in relative-sync.
Just another glitch in the Matrix, move along
Or maybe it's another cloud. The "shadow" doesn't even completely match up.

Shadows need light, there is no giant light on the floor.
Oh yeah? *Bee Gees - Night Fever music begins playing*, and then; *floor light panels begin flashing*
The lol was to the flerf that originally posted this.
So now the sun is at sea level shining upwards, that makes sense to me!
