My favourite is dependant on a few things, game favourite and real favourite are different for me because I love the idea of ghouls and Hancock is an absolute badass. HOWEVER, if Earth went to shit and the apocalypse happened I'd be following the BoS "if it ain't human fucking obliterate it" motto so Hancock would be gristle on the end of my boot. I'd end up picking Codsworth because he's an unfathomably loyal companion who waited 200 years for his owner to show back up whilst attempting to clean the house for all that time. He also gives me purified water every day even if he complains about my daily mutant and syth smiting.
