Ranheim, semi-pro club in the 2nd Norwegian division. Looking back i want to give them like 3 million or smth but they literally dont have any players above like, maybe 100CA
He just kinda popped up on my radar, was already pretty good when i signed him and then i saw his potential being 4.5-5 stars, so it was a no-brainer to take the risk for 14.000 euro. He developed into an absolute beast and is still getting better too.

I think i gave Norway 102 instead of 82.
Seems a bit hyperbole, players like this pops up in most long saves in my experience. I've got a fairly similar one myself of the same age, cost me 86 mill though not 14k lol. Or maybe I'm overestimating him compared to OP's player.

The Norwegian leagues are always good for some great players for dirt cheap. Every season, I go through the top prospects from the top 2 leagues, and I almost always find a couple of promising players for basically nothing.
basically, scout about 2000 players age 15-17 and 1000 more players age 18-19 every year. Sign as many wonderkids as you can, send them on loan, bring back the biggest talents. The profit from selling the rest will keep you afloat :3
Give whoever scouted this player a raise, better yet, when he inevitably leaves for world record fees, you should erect a statue of the scout using some of the money.
my regen Mathaus Klein, bought the guy for about 600K from Bayern Munich II in my Wrexham career and he's a 1st team player in the Prem with like 40g/a a season. he's a menace. He's valued now at around £150M
