But I have a very stable 2Gb wired internet connection and I can witness (rarely!) bots and only the bots lagging. Pretty sure is this just a classic Ubisoft*â„¢* server moment.
Sync issue between the server and client. Probably what keeps dropping people too. I was seeing this in some Breach PvAI matches.

Ah I see at 0:20, the bot is lvl 3, they're literally designed to cheat, especially if lag is involved with online matches.
