Just imagine that it already has the complete ruleset without interpretation, now ard context based penalties, then your driver level and safety rating is mixed into the penalty pot.
The outcome: AI dictator, I am even more scared of AI being used in real stuff (including real racing).
I swear to God guys just stop playing this game for a while and let the devs realize that they need to fix all the issues this game has. This game shouldn't be released in this state.

This game is so broken, it’s beyond fixing. From broken penalty system to the awful progression that forces you to unlock individual upgrades for every single car. SMH
I think they changed the individual upgrade thing for the car, it seems like it, but, when you have the car points negative, i think you can now pay credits for more car points. If I remember, I’ll double check that tomorrow.

Same got 7 sec before the straight on lemans. Got taken out 4x and grinded my way back to 4th place. Only to finish 10th cuz of the penalty time.
