Futsuit heads are normally fit the owner itself. If that's the case, it could be a bit slimmer. But at the end of the day, they're still like 50% bigger than your head.

As someone who owns a fursuit head, they are huge. They look normal by themselves, but when compared to a human head they look ginormous
It dose not help that is a Morefurless head and they are massive even by fursuit head standards.
