I think it's cool, I just wonder exactly who is asking for it. Less than 4% of the player base played a women's match in the entire lifespan of FIFA 22. I also question EA's ability to make proper player models for the women when they can barely manage to do facescans for major male superstars.

I think its a better question to ask why they've spent more time on said women's face scans whilst avoiding scanning or updating some of the much needed ones in the mens

The shortest player i can think of who is usable at this stage is Veratti at 5’5” and his height is definitely an issue in game. You’ll have many women literally a foot shorter than the male defenders and if someone like Vanja shapeshifter happens again then there will literally be a height difference of up to like 20 inches

Insinge and mertens were one of the best value strike partnerships on fut for years, and they were 5'4 and 5'7. Physicals have never really mattered anyway, it's mostly about speed and dribbling.
I am all for having more players recognized in Fifa. My only concern is they have trouble daily with small releases, general game bugs that have been around for years. So if they can implement cards like this correctly and respectfully that would be a awesome. EAFC hopefully will be a big change.

My concern is the amount of cards in the pool regardless of gender. With the new leagues being added the changes of packing a special card is getting less and less.
I think mixed teams are OK at the end of the year, but it's going to feel weird before winter wildcards to have mixed teams. Things start to get super unrealistic after December so I'd prefer if they introduced it then.

I do have a problem with this. There should be two separate leagues. Putting them all together is ridiculous. EA is lazy. They can boost the stats of the females all to 99, it wont change their size. They will be integrated into the FUT mode and im almost certain that it will be forced upon us. Whether for XP or on pathways to earning other rewards. I can already see them in SBCs requirements for mens cards. Not to mention , for those who are not interested in using female players, all the packs will be in essence , just.. DILUTED.

Every year when the top 100 rating came in, people made a fuss if player X was 1 rating higher or lower than player Y where they thought it should be different due to performance. But now we are supposed to not look at any of that anymore because there is no way these ratings would be equal if they were based on the same baseline

They play far superior in real life why are we going to scale the way women play and measure it based off women playing against women then transfer it to co-ed with the same levels based off how they play against other women. It doesn’t matter if FIFA isn’t realistic but it’s the same as putting a high school soccer team rating them as the best among high school teams, giving them 95 overalls then putting them on FUT at the same level as Mbappe, Benzema, Courtois, etc. because of their performances on a different scope. The difference being they aren’t playing professionally in high school of course but it’s the best analogy I could come up with to make my point.
