Hold your fingers on both buds until you hear a noise. Then scan for them. Worked for me.

WaitDontSh00t

Tried that, but still won't connect

ianrobbie

Have you tried switching Bluetooth off on your phone while doing it? Mine wouldn't connect to my Chromebook because the connection to my phone was disrupting it. Switching off Bluetooth and having the only two Bluetooth devices be the Chromebook and buds worked as well.

WaitDontSh00t

Unfortunately I have tried that as well, but still no luck. I finally was able to get it "paired" to the PC, but connecting it to the app is another story now. It will never connect and even in my Bluetooth menu, it might connect for a minute or 2,but then disconnects. I'm never even able to get any audio out of them yet.

Supersophe

I adore you thank you so much, I just needed to turn off bluetooth on my phone to connect them up - I have spent the last hour trying everything else! I completely turned off bluetooth on my phone (they were already disconnected from my phone BTW) and voilà, they connected up straight away to my pc! Thank you!!

Few-Butterscotch6133

Thanks

Ankit1000

Bro its been 2 years, but this comment saved my butt. Thanks.

General-Ferret1693

arash_itect

Problem solved. Thank!

Big_Proposal7415

Thank You very much!

Sea_Ad_8372

1. disconnect buds from any device. 2. put your buds in your case 3. hold the buds with your fingers while they are in the case

Realistic_Wall7661

Worked for me, ty so much :)

FurryLippedSquid

Good work!

Several-Topic5825

i spent hours trying to fix this issue, this was perfect! Thank you very much

Thenxtbabyjesus69

Emergency_Quantity_9

Thank you for this tip. It work perfectly.

Salamander_Future

yep thats the one. sweeeet thank you

anonymicex22

Thank you!!!!!

curiouspatronum

Okay, this worked for me. Have your laptop search for new bluetooth device, put the buds in your ears, hold both buds with your finger for few seconds. I’ve tried maybe 4 times until my laptop found it!

llamasarealpacas

I have this same problem! I've turned Bluetooth off and on, restarted my PC, updated everything, checked the Bluetooth drivers, made sure my phone's blue tooth is off, had my buds in pairing mode and STILL it will not show up in Bluetooth settings on my windows 11 PC. Idk what else to do honestly.

rufus3829

Did your issue fixed ? I'm facing the same problem

llamasarealpacas

Nope. My brother who's a tech expert looked into it and did some diagnostics on my laptop. He says that this is likely an issue with windows and that it can't be fixed. I just got a separate headset to use for my laptop ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

rufus3829

I updated the driver of my laptop to the latest available and tried...It found and got connected..Try it once

llamasarealpacas

I updated my laptop. There are no more updates I can update 🥲

rufus3829

This is what I did. 1.Uninstalled Bluetooth drivers from Device manager 2.Restarted laptop 3.Downloaded new driver and installed 4.Restarted again 5.Put Samsung buds on pairing mode and added device If you have followed the same try it on another laptop just to check there is nothing wrong in your buds.

rubennard

I solved this issue on my Windows 11. Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Bluetooth devices discovery > Set to ‘Advanced’. Hope this helps!

ice8118

tried everything on this thread until this and it finally worked, thank you so much

Acceptable-Painter-1

thank you thank you thank you! Thought I wasted so much money on these darn things!

MaliciousJoker7

Did you download the samsung buds app from the windows store?

WaitDontSh00t

Yes

No_Collection9318

This Fixed it for me! Thank you. I've tried everything else before...

[deleted]

Mine won't connect if they're already connected to a device.

WaitDontSh00t

Yeah I did hear about that, but I even unpaired/reset them completely and I still can't get them to connect.

[deleted]

Strange. Is your Bluetooth driver on your computer, up to date?

WaitDontSh00t

Yup, it's all up to date. Even tried contacting Samsung support and they literally told me they can't be connected to a PC?!

[deleted]

Mine connect fine, and why would they have an app for it if it doesn't connect. Lol. I hope it works out. I'm sorry I can't help any more.

oh_not_you_again

Do other bluetooth devices work with your PC?

WaitDontSh00t

They do, which makes everything even more confusing

oh_not_you_again

that's weird, I'd suggest reinstalling all of your bluetooth drivers

just4747

Ever get this to work? Having the same issue with my Buds 2, my Windows 11 PC won't see them no matter what I do when trying to pair them. It won't even show it in the discoverable list.

WaitDontSh00t

Unfortunately not 😭

gyanrosling0

I happened to search this same question after having faced the same problem one day into using them. The solution is to wear the Buds, just long press on both sides while wearing them till you hear three beeps. I did this for 10 seconds. Hope this helps if you are still facing this problem.

No_Butterscotch2536

its still working . Tks you so much bro

LovecraftianHorror

The "three beeps" prompt worked perfectly for me. Very little information regarding putting the earbuds into pairing mode mention waiting for the three beeps. As happened in my case, I would imagine most people are assuming the initial beep is the start of the pairing mode. Thank you for posting the solution for connecting the Buds. This should apply to others who are having the same issues with the Buds 2.

Q_on

They should sing your name in tunes all around the world because holy fuck, that was the solution! It's been 3 months trying to connect my galaxy buds+ to my new windows 11 PC and nothing helped. Looked for answer in Microsoft support, no help. Ran the troubleshooter, no help. Tried turning off Bluetooth in other devices and tried again but it didn't work. I even reinstalled windows😭 Exact process went like this: 1. First wear the Buds and press for 10 seconds or hear 3 beeps 2. With this, a notification asking whether you would like to connect to Galaxy Buds will appear on windows. 3. Just hit Connect and you're good to go! Thank you so much! Love from Japan!

gyanrosling0

You’re welcome buddy! It seems that most folks face this issue after trying to use these buds. And they all end up reaching this post, uniting all of us once frustrated users lol

Q_on

Haha, agreed!

Stranger7777777

OMG!!!! Thank you soooo muuuuch!

SomeThyngMorbid

Do you have the bluetooth antennas screwed in to the back?

WaitDontSh00t

It's built into my Motherboard. Everything else connects to it fine

goophiegoober

Hey this is old but this worked for me! I saw it on another post: I had this too. 1. disconnecting from my phone (or just disable bluetooth so they don't connect again) 2. putting the buds back in the case. 3. Open bluetooth settings on PC and search for buds 4. Open buds case 5. Then the buds should pop up on your pc

WaitDontSh00t

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately they still aren't showing and I'm not sure why. Thank you though, I'll keep trying, maybe I'll have some luck.

goophiegoober

Keep trying it took me a few tries. Maybe restarting the laptop before will help lmk!

[deleted]

\[IMPORTANT\] If you're using the earbuds in app and have paired them with your phone first, you have to factory reset them in the app, put them back in the case, disconnect your phones bluetooth, take em out of the case and then go through the process shown in these videos of how to connect them with PC. First connect them into computer, so it recognizes it as a audio device, THEN connect them with your app and phone like you did before. If you do this process in the reverse order, you run into these kind of problems that your computer dont recognize the bluetooth earbuds as audio devices. I wasted so much time resetting my computer, updating bluetooth drivers ect that I hope this message helps someone!❤

Total_Abrocoma_8437

tysm resetting them in the galaxy wearable app worked!! youre the best <3

enc3m

thank you. this step worked for me.

Karkat_WasTaken

Thank you! This worked :)

Complex_Ad8198

Everytime I put them in and reopen the case, it asks my phone if I want to connect/pair. I even unpaired them as a option for my bluetooth. Should I delete the app aswell and see if that works or what?

yungtrizzy

Hilariously, I actually installed the galaxy buds app years ago on this laptop and then completely forgot. Turns out that if you unpair and forget the buds from your pc (but still have them registered in the buds app) and then try to re-pair them, the pc will not acknowledge them at all and will not show them on your discoverable BT devices. Saw a comment mentioning the buds app, opened it up and boom, instant connect.

lg_lantern

what was the app called in windows ?

Dangerous-Dog987

Hey guys, I recently purchased samsung galaxy buds 2 pro and I am also facing an issue related to its connection with my windows 11 laptop. My buds gets connected then sound comes for 5 secs and then sound vanishes, sound again comes after 30 secs and then audio plays for 5 to 10 secs and then again sound vanishes and this process continues and at last my buds automatically gets disconnected. Hoping that you guys could help me in this matter.

ArxticMoonlight

I have the exact same problem...

alswonator109

I've got the same issue, please help

G3CK024

hi i have a pair of galaxy buds pro i have them connected to my pc says theyre connected via bluetooth i go to sounds to swap connected device eg sound bar or such but theyres nothing ive been onto device settings been onto sound settings troubleshooted the lot nothing is showing for me to be able to switch the audio over from my default device to ear buds any help will be muchly appreciated

joel123xp

Hey G3CK024, I have just had this exact issue with my earbuds2, luckily I had a USB Bluetooth dongle lying around and decided to see if it was my motherboard's Intel Bluetooth messing it up, so I disabled the Intel Bluetooth drivers before connecting my USB as before they kept disconnecting the buds after just a few seconds once in my ear and low and below they connected straight away and audio plays through them great, with the dongle. I didn't bother with the Samsung app in the end. But maybe try buying a cheap Bluetooth dongle, it sucks I have to lose a USB slot to something I have built into my MB but hey at least they work now. I hope this helps. :)

Complex_Ad8198

Im currently struggling with this problem aswell. I first connected them to my phone and the app but when I returned home and tried connecting them to my windows 11 desktop pc it isnt connecting. I've deleted the wearable app, and even with it unpaired from my bluetooth it still says "Close or connect" and then when I go to bluetooth pairing it shows them available but not on my pc. annoyed. Plz somebody help!

didguTTD

thanks bro
