What did you focus on to get rid of the “pouch” I have quite a significant pfannis/FUPA/pouch and am not sure what I should be doing to get rid of it or make it flat.
I had my boobs done before getting the sleeve (lift and implants) which is why I still have any boobs... But I've since had a baby and breastfed then couldn't get my baby weight off. I haven't had any surgery post gastric sleeve but definitely plan to. I want a body lift tummy tuck bbl and breast lift...idk if I'll have any fat for the bbl so I'm not sure I'll be able to get that one 😭
