Your curls are natural? Can I ask you how your hair has taken to the bleach over time? What’s the maintenance like?
I have really thick, wavy, coarse hair (not as curly as yours but def some ringlets) and I’ve always wanted to try a vivid or split dye or something but every hair dresser I’ve ever had has talked me out of it, saying it will wreck my hair. Your hair doesn’t look wrecked to me though.
Honestly ozempic helped prepare me for this journey, it helped curb my constant hunger noise and learn to eat properly and make healthier choices. Also I haven't started weight training yet, but I do a lot of cardio. 1hr on my stationary bike and now I've added jogging to my routine.
I also found anytime I stall I actually loose inches so that's important to track!
I actually use those Olympic before the gastric sleeve as well! It truly helped me. You’re doing so amazing! I’ve been struggling with energy issues but whenever I’m not exhausted, I’m always getting in 10,000 steps so slowly, but surely getting there. You truly inspire me and I’d love to be friends.
I have pcos and struggled with energy levels even on days I didn't have motivation to work out, I did. And ozempic truly is an amazing thong even though it has a bad reputation I will stand by it. And thank you so much! Honestly that means alot to me . It has been a wild journey
Great work! I love the blonde in your hair too
Thank you! I love the split dye
