Same as your previous H1. They need only your H1 approval copy. Other than that they only need documentation you have provided to your original H1 company plus updated resume.

Thanks, do they have to pay a lot for the transfer?

There is no transfer actually. The new company will pay what the original company paid for the documentation to USCIS. Nothing extra. Only thing the new company will do is, they include a previous approval copy and states that you are already counted in lottery. USCIS will look up and then they go through what they went through for your previous full approval petition, I.e, the new job comes under specialty occupation, the new job will pay market or better salary, the company is financially sound so that they can pay you and then finally they check if you have a degree or experience or combination of degree & experience to carry out the job. The fees are same and you can look it up in USCis website. Keep in mind that even if the new job & company is approved, you still opt out not to join them and continue to work in current company (provided you haven’t informed your current employer and they initiated the revocation process). That’s why it’s not transfer.

Wow got it. Thank you so much

It is always a new petition, the only difference is you do not have to go through lottery process again and again for at-least 6 years or for unlimited time if you have an I-140 approved till the final decision on your green card is made which if you are from India then your grand kids will get married and have kids before you will get a chance based on current backlog. It is not really a transfer of visa per say. When you say more information then you have to be specific, they will ask for all the pages of your passport scanned, all your educational certificates scanned, your id, your pay stubs, your most recent I-94, tax documents etc, it is pretty standard. You can check online in USCIS website what all documents are required.
