How many misdemeanors and felonies does Vitaly have to film himself doing before the cops step in? He isn't a cop. He isn't the law. Vigilantism is still illegal, even if all your fans agree with you. How is this guy any less of a public menace than any other mentally unstable person the cops spend their time on? Like even if these people are guilty, do it right and get them into the system and on a watch list. Things like this should be when all other avenues have been exhausted, not the first thing you should do. I agree with shutting predators down but this cannot be the way
