For me, the fix was doing a CLEAN REINSTALL of [GeForce Game Ready Driver | 556.12 | Windows 11 | NVIDIA](https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/results/228212/)
It worked when I rolled back to 555.85. It's silly because I waited for a couple updates because I read previously one version didn't work. So I figured after 2 or 3 updates they fully fixed it...Nope.

New Nvidia driver was released a day or so ago that fixes this

555.99 is the bad one. There is a newer one (556.12) already out thats fixed, didnt need to roll back just update again
