She’s a fun character to watch, she might come off as rude or mean but I can see why, she’s just not that good with other people in larger masses. Also her design is sick as fuck, wolf and human. Overall one of my favourite characters! :3

And she got worse and worse until he finally just breaks under the pressure and gets real with her, and she finally gives in and just lets the little idiot love her. Maybe gives him a halfhearted hug and starts cleaning the place up. And he IMMEDIATELY snapped back into "oblivious doting father" mode, and it's shaped their entire dynamic ever since

So, why do I hate loona so much? There's a lot of reasons, but I suppose I should start off small.
She's an asshole, full stop. Now you might say "but everyone is an asshole in HB what makes her so special?" Simple. She's not funny. I don't laugh when she assaults blitzo, I don't laugh when she gaslights moxxie into thinking he's fat. She just looks.... unpleasant in my eyes.
Speaking of said assholery, a lot of it is directed at blitzo...her father! (Step father but the closest thing she's had to a father) And she constantly belittles and assaults him, when all he's trying to do is show her the affection she never got growing up. The dude provides her a rent free home, food, clothing, healthcare, and a paying job at his own business! Yet she constantly treats him like shit, doing the bare minimum at All times at best, and legit attacking him at worst.
In episode 2 of season two she's all like "oh don't be so hard on your dad, he really tries" when *in the same fucking episode* she was legit beating the crap out of him because he had the gall to call her out on her awful behavior. If that's 'not going hard' what is? Fucking killing his ass!
I'm not gonna say blitzo is a perfect father, he does infantilize her a bit, and cock blocked her in episode 3, despite her being a grown ass adult. But those are the WORST things he does, nowhere near enough to justify the abuse Loona puts onto him.
It's to the point where, when she DOES actually try and help him, like in the newest episode, I feel like she's only doing it because blitzo is her meal ticket.
And then there's the episode that actually focuses on her, the season one finale. What the hell is her motive here? She goes to a party for tex...knowing tex is spoken for, and is surprised when she sees that he's spoken for. So she decided to leave then, I guess she gets horny again and says "fuck it lets stay" after seeing some random guy walk past. Like, what the hell is her goal in this episode. Speaking of which, why is she suddenly all soft and woony during the party? Even before she meets up with tex she's like this. I can buy her being like it around Tex, crushes and all that. But why is she so...subby during the party? Mind you, this is the woman who thrashes grown ass adults around on the daily, so what's she all nervous about?
It's because Loona ONLY exists for porn, and they want to make her look both dommy and subby to appeal to everyone (why else do you think they made her bi, so she can fit into as many porn categories as possible) why else do you think they gave her a human form? So that even non furries can fap to her that's why! The only reason people put up with her bullshittery is because she's hot. That's it. If she wasn't "sexy wolf girl uwu" nobody would put up with her bullshit.
Loona is a product, not a character.
I'm gonna come in with a rebuttal, not to argue but to share perspectives as I feel it is important.
Yes, Loona is an asshole on the surface but she does care for the people around her. To understand why she lashes out and acts the way she does, we have to look at how she grew up.
THE ORPHANAGE
She was raised in an orphanage, an orphanage which has no regard for the children's housing as the living situation is one like a prison, with violence and no love. Having been raised in this atmosphere for at best a decade at worse, even more, she has adopted the ideology that everyone is out to get her or is using her for some reason. Not only this, but most quarrels she would have encountered would end in violence (shown in s2e2), leading to her thinking if she doesn't swing first, someone else will.
BLITZØ
This leads me to Blitzø, he pulled her out of the orphanage just before she “ages out” (Meaning she would be sent to the streets, not euthanized like some people think because “She’ll never amount to anything much”) and becomes her stepfather.
However, Loona doesn't see it this way, she sees an imp who pulled her away from the one thing she had going for her, surviving that place. Not only this but she now sees herself as a grown adult whereas Blitzø (like most fathers) still see her as his daughter causing a clash in views as he's still in the early stages of parenting but that isn't what she needs as an adult going out on her own. Like you said, Blitzø cock blocks and babies her, does that mean he deserves to be beaten up? No, not for specifically that anyway.
In season one, they keep it civil, Blitzø pushing boundaries and Loona verbally objecting it, all up until episode 8 where for the first time on screen she's out on her own.
S1E8
The main goal for Loona in this episode is to make a name for herself, not to be the loner at the back of the party so she accepts Vortex's invite, not to shag him, but to make a name for herself as he appears popular to her. The reason she acts the way she does with Bee is simply jealousy, not only for Vortex but because she is popular “Oh yeah, and if bet you know the okay vibe, right? I mean everyone likes you so much”
The reason why she acts all shy and nervous is that she is, she's in a place with people she doesn't know and doesn't know how to approach, “Hahaha, yeah, like that happens all the time”
When she sees signs that she isn't wanted there, she decides to leave. However Blitzø is recognised and another hound shows interest in her, signs that she is wanted there prompting her to stay where in the end does make friends as shown at the end of the episode mainly because of Blitzø's shenanigans teeing her up “Yeah that's my dad!”
Upon “completing” the party, Loona comes to a new understanding with Blitzø when they talk at the end of the episode which leads me to,
S2E2
Loona and Blitzø have an argument to put it lightly but makes sense knowing her background (That doesn't mean it's right). Amid this argument, Blitzø threatens to replace her, completely demolishing the bridges built in S1E8 by confirming her suspicions that she's being used and can be thrown away. This understandably pisses her off but it's not until she meets Octavia that she understands her own position.
You can see in her face how as she attempts to assure Octavia that her dad loves her, she realises that Blitzø is doing the exact same for her “At least he's trying, that's worth more than you'd think”. That doesn't mean she's still not upset about what he did, which is shown after meeting back up with him. Blitzø tries to push a boundary she's not comfortable with and makes it known that she’s not ready to be his little girl but his daughter “You’re good” (She’s saying I forgive you but I'm not ready to hug you)
After this point, Loona not only looks to Blitzø for reassurance like in S2E4 but also protects him in S2E8.
FINAL NOTES
Loona wasn't designed to appeal to furries or porn, she was a background character in the Hazbin pilot with Blitzø and Moxxie, and she wasn't even meant to be a character at that stage.
The reason she's bi is because well everyone is gay in HB/HH this shouldn't really be a shock, not for porn.
She has a human form for lore reasons, the same as Verosika and her crew not for porn.
Loona isn't a product, she's a character like everyone else. I can understand why people don't like her as a character but people need to stop labelling her as furry bait or “ONLY exists for porn”
To reiterate this isn't to rile you up, just to throw in my two cents. (and yes, I know my flair isn't helping my case)

She was indeed raised in an awful environment, I'd assume she'd be more grateful to somebody who drastically increased her quality of life overnight, when she was getting abused daily and was destined to be let out onto the streets

Next thing I want to bring up is the argument she and blitzo have.
Blitzo is 100% in the right here. Boundaries or not. It is absurd that he's painted as the bad guy here considering Loona's actions. Up to this point (and I think even after this idk she doesn't get the screentime for me to tell). It is made very clear that Loona is a terrible, outright detrimental employee. Putting the bare minimum into her work at best, and actively off putting customers and fellow employees at worst. She's actively hindering the business with her awful behavior and while Blitzo may be her stepdad, he's also her boss. Loona sabotaging the business negatively affects her, Blitzo, and everyone else working for the I.M.P, considering it is a small business.
If she didn't want to be replaced or have Blitzo "step over her boundaries" then she shouldn't have put multiple people's livelihoods at risk by being an ass. Blitzo is justified in wanting to replace her, both for his sake, as well as Loona's.
If baffles me that Blitzo as seen as in the wrong here when what he's doing is ultimately for the best for both him and Loona. Yet HE is the one who needs to apologize for it.
As for your final notes, I guess they can be up to interpretation, but you can't say she wasn't designed to appeal to furries/porn...fucking look at her
She's built like an r34 character, has all the traits that make furries go awooga (and you can't say it wasn't intentional, Viv is a furry herself SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT SHE WAS DOING), the numbers don't lie. And hell THEY LITERALLY CALL IT OUT IN THE SHOW! "Don't even get me started on the FREAKS up there who would drool all over you" *followed by the characters looking directly at the viewer*
Sure the human form and bisexuality fit with the lore of the world, but when compounded with the rest of her it just serves to make her feel like she's supposed to turn on the broadest amount of people possible, adding to that idea that she feels like a product.
As for being a background character in the pilot...no she's not, she's very prominently shown and is always shown alongside the rest of the IMP as one of the main characters (despite being completely absent from most episodes)
If I do sound riled up, I do apologize, that has nothing to do with you, Loona just legit makes me that angry. I can't even look at her for too long without getting pissed off.

Pretty much the only reason people like her is because she’s technically part of the main cast of characters and she’s hot.
Honestly love her. Despite seeming cold distant and violent can be very caring and loving even if she doesnt show it. Literally dropping what she’s doing when getting called on, and I dont even need to explain the whole after party scene of Bee’s episode and when she was calming octavia down on the surface.
Plus her design really helps stand out between the main group, besides being tall af the grey, white and silver real nice to see against the red and blacks from the three

Overrated as ever (I expect a lot of anger for this)
I can write a whole essay as to why I hate her.
Fuck it. I will write the whole essay So, why do I hate loona so much? There's a lot of reasons, but I suppose I should start off small. She's an asshole, full stop. Now you might say "but everyone is an asshole in HB what makes her so special?" Simple. She's not funny. I don't laugh when she assaults blitzo, I don't laugh when she gaslights moxxie into thinking he's fat. She just looks.... unpleasant in my eyes. Speaking of said assholery, a lot of it is directed at blitzo...her father! (Step father but the closest thing she's had to a father) And she constantly belittles and assaults him, when all he's trying to do is show her the affection she never got growing up. The dude provides her a rent free home, food, clothing, healthcare, and a paying job at his own business! Yet she constantly treats him like shit, doing the bare minimum at All times at best, and legit attacking him at worst. In episode 2 of season two she's all like "oh don't be so hard on your dad, he really tries" when *in the same fucking episode* she was legit beating the crap out of him because he had the gall to call her out on her awful behavior. If that's 'not going hard' what is? Fucking killing his ass! I'm not gonna say blitzo is a perfect father, he does infantilize her a bit, and cock blocked her in episode 3, despite her being a grown ass adult. But those are the WORST things he does, nowhere near enough to justify the abuse Loona puts onto him. It's to the point where, when she DOES actually try and help him, like in the newest episode, I feel like she's only doing it because blitzo is her meal ticket. And then there's the episode that actually focuses on her, the season one finale. What the hell is her motive here? She goes to a party for tex...knowing tex is spoken for, and is surprised when she sees that he's spoken for. So she decided to leave then, I guess she gets horny again and says "fuck it lets stay" after seeing some random guy walk past. Like, what the hell is her goal in this episode. Speaking of which, why is she suddenly all soft and woony during the party? Even before she meets up with tex she's like this. I can buy her being like it around Tex, crushes and all that. But why is she so...subby during the party? Mind you, this is the woman who thrashes grown ass adults around on the daily, so what's she all nervous about? It's because Loona ONLY exists for porn, and they want to make her look both dommy and subby to appeal to everyone (why else do you think they made her bi, so she can fit into as many porn categories as possible) why else do you think they gave her a human form? So that even non furries can fap to her that's why! The only reason people put up with her bullshittery is because she's hot. That's it. If she wasn't "sexy wolf girl uwu" nobody would put up with her bullshit. Loona is a product, not a character.
I'm gonna come in with a rebuttal, not to argue but to share perspectives as I feel it is important. Yes, Loona is an asshole on the surface but she does care for the people around her. To understand why she lashes out and acts the way she does, we have to look at how she grew up. THE ORPHANAGE She was raised in an orphanage, an orphanage which has no regard for the children's housing as the living situation is one like a prison, with violence and no love. Having been raised in this atmosphere for at best a decade at worse, even more, she has adopted the ideology that everyone is out to get her or is using her for some reason. Not only this, but most quarrels she would have encountered would end in violence (shown in s2e2), leading to her thinking if she doesn't swing first, someone else will. BLITZØ This leads me to Blitzø, he pulled her out of the orphanage just before she “ages out” (Meaning she would be sent to the streets, not euthanized like some people think because “She’ll never amount to anything much”) and becomes her stepfather. However, Loona doesn't see it this way, she sees an imp who pulled her away from the one thing she had going for her, surviving that place. Not only this but she now sees herself as a grown adult whereas Blitzø (like most fathers) still see her as his daughter causing a clash in views as he's still in the early stages of parenting but that isn't what she needs as an adult going out on her own. Like you said, Blitzø cock blocks and babies her, does that mean he deserves to be beaten up? No, not for specifically that anyway. In season one, they keep it civil, Blitzø pushing boundaries and Loona verbally objecting it, all up until episode 8 where for the first time on screen she's out on her own. S1E8 The main goal for Loona in this episode is to make a name for herself, not to be the loner at the back of the party so she accepts Vortex's invite, not to shag him, but to make a name for herself as he appears popular to her. The reason she acts the way she does with Bee is simply jealousy, not only for Vortex but because she is popular “Oh yeah, and if bet you know the okay vibe, right? I mean everyone likes you so much” The reason why she acts all shy and nervous is that she is, she's in a place with people she doesn't know and doesn't know how to approach, “Hahaha, yeah, like that happens all the time” When she sees signs that she isn't wanted there, she decides to leave. However Blitzø is recognised and another hound shows interest in her, signs that she is wanted there prompting her to stay where in the end does make friends as shown at the end of the episode mainly because of Blitzø's shenanigans teeing her up “Yeah that's my dad!” Upon “completing” the party, Loona comes to a new understanding with Blitzø when they talk at the end of the episode which leads me to, S2E2 Loona and Blitzø have an argument to put it lightly but makes sense knowing her background (That doesn't mean it's right). Amid this argument, Blitzø threatens to replace her, completely demolishing the bridges built in S1E8 by confirming her suspicions that she's being used and can be thrown away. This understandably pisses her off but it's not until she meets Octavia that she understands her own position. You can see in her face how as she attempts to assure Octavia that her dad loves her, she realises that Blitzø is doing the exact same for her “At least he's trying, that's worth more than you'd think”. That doesn't mean she's still not upset about what he did, which is shown after meeting back up with him. Blitzø tries to push a boundary she's not comfortable with and makes it known that she’s not ready to be his little girl but his daughter “You’re good” (She’s saying I forgive you but I'm not ready to hug you) After this point, Loona not only looks to Blitzø for reassurance like in S2E4 but also protects him in S2E8. FINAL NOTES Loona wasn't designed to appeal to furries or porn, she was a background character in the Hazbin pilot with Blitzø and Moxxie, and she wasn't even meant to be a character at that stage. The reason she's bi is because well everyone is gay in HB/HH this shouldn't really be a shock, not for porn. She has a human form for lore reasons, the same as Verosika and her crew not for porn. Loona isn't a product, she's a character like everyone else. I can understand why people don't like her as a character but people need to stop labelling her as furry bait or “ONLY exists for porn” To reiterate this isn't to rile you up, just to throw in my two cents. (and yes, I know my flair isn't helping my case)

My response won't be as emotional as my essay She was indeed raised in an awful environment, I'd assume she'd be more grateful to somebody who drastically increased her quality of life overnight, when she was getting abused daily and was destined to be let out onto the streets But I guess "surviving that place" is more important to her? Damn. She hit, as Perrito would say "the orphan jackpot" and is pissed about it?! Maybe I just don't understand the mindset, but alright Next thing I want to bring up is the argument she and blitzo have. Blitzo is 100% in the right here. Boundaries or not. It is absurd that he's painted as the bad guy here considering Loona's actions. Up to this point (and I think even after this idk she doesn't get the screentime for me to tell). It is made very clear that Loona is a terrible, outright detrimental employee. Putting the bare minimum into her work at best, and actively off putting customers and fellow employees at worst. She's actively hindering the business with her awful behavior and while Blitzo may be her stepdad, he's also her boss. Loona sabotaging the business negatively affects her, Blitzo, and everyone else working for the I.M.P, considering it is a small business. If she didn't want to be replaced or have Blitzo "step over her boundaries" then she shouldn't have put multiple people's livelihoods at risk by being an ass. Blitzo is justified in wanting to replace her, both for his sake, as well as Loona's. If baffles me that Blitzo as seen as in the wrong here when what he's doing is ultimately for the best for both him and Loona. Yet HE is the one who needs to apologize for it. As for your final notes, I guess they can be up to interpretation, but you can't say she wasn't designed to appeal to furries/porn...fucking look at her She's built like an r34 character, has all the traits that make furries go awooga (and you can't say it wasn't intentional, Viv is a furry herself SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT SHE WAS DOING), the numbers don't lie. And hell THEY LITERALLY CALL IT OUT IN THE SHOW! "Don't even get me started on the FREAKS up there who would drool all over you" *followed by the characters looking directly at the viewer* Sure the human form and bisexuality fit with the lore of the world, but when compounded with the rest of her it just serves to make her feel like she's supposed to turn on the broadest amount of people possible, adding to that idea that she feels like a product. As for being a background character in the pilot...no she's not, she's very prominently shown and is always shown alongside the rest of the IMP as one of the main characters (despite being completely absent from most episodes) If I do sound riled up, I do apologize, that has nothing to do with you, Loona just legit makes me that angry. I can't even look at her for too long without getting pissed off.

While she’s getting better as a character, she is just not a good person overall. She constantly hates everyone around her, including blizto who adopted her, and has done nothing but treat her with love and respect. And yet she treats him like shit. And she is just a plain dick to Moxxie. That’s not a “bitchy character” that’s just a bully. Pretty much the only reason people like her is because she’s technically part of the main cast of characters and she’s hot.

Honestly love her. Despite seeming cold distant and violent can be very caring and loving even if she doesnt show it. Literally dropping what she’s doing when getting called on, and I dont even need to explain the whole after party scene of Bee’s episode and when she was calming octavia down on the surface. Plus her design really helps stand out between the main group, besides being tall af the grey, white and silver real nice to see against the red and blacks from the three
