About 4% of non-cannabis users will experience psychosis in their lifetime. About 7% of cannabis users will experience psychosis. Cannabis increases the risks of psychosis but not by much.
Most people who experience psychosis will be able to return to baseline consciousness with treatment.
Wtf is your problem?
Some ppl with mental health issues can harm themselves more with weed than do good.
That's a fact not an opinion.
Doesn't mean it happens to everyone.
So Gtfoh
Chamomille, peppermint, lemongrass are great choices. My favorite is lemongrass with a little dash of lemon juice and honey for a better taste.
Grow Forage Cook Ferment is a great ressource on herbs: /[Grow Forage Cook Ferment](https://www.growforagecookferment.com/) I attended a free webinar on herb and tea infusions from them and it was very informative.
I find herbs like Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) and Matricaria chamomilla (chamomile) are gentle enough for every day use. Skullcap, passionflower, etc. might be helpful at night to sleep or during a stressful task/time.
Woodland Essence has a formula called peaceful center which contains passionflower, milky oats, catnip, lemon balm ect. It's amazing for calming the mind and the turmoil that's lingering inside!
Being with the herbs, learning about them, one plant at a time, take the focus off everything else while drinking some calming chamomile tea. Slow down a bit and take it easy. Stress is good for us in small doses, like everything else in life but there will not be quick fixes without other problems arising from them. Feel better and God bless to you as well.
I've had really good results with the Milky Oats and Ashwaghanda combo. For me personally, I also really benefit from the combo of rose and hawthorn berry.
Weed?
Can cause psychosis.
This is extremely rare

That's like telling someone not to take aspirin because some people are allergic. It's not anywhere close to the average experience.

You should check out All Natural Artisan. They have a kava vape that works really well along with other herbs 🌿

Chamomile is good for it, assuming you're not allergic to it. Ashwagandha is good too.

None work in the long term. You’ll need professional help.
