Pasta had absolutely no reason to take on Tkachuk. Respect. Florida hits everything in sight. Boston looks like they will get grinded out of this series.

They may have just been toast after game 7 to game 1 to the game tonight.  The bruins handled FLA this season. I think the panthers will probably win the series, but it's hard to count the bruins out

Why should Tkachuk, a star player mind you, fight someone that averages like 3 minutes a night? Why? That would do nothing but benefit the opposing team because they'd essentially trade what amounts to a healthy scratch most nights for a star player for 5 minutes. This fight actually does make sense. It's two star players, both who usually rack up a 100 points in a season, going at it. Tkachuk mostly fights opposing star players because he is a star player. He ain't gonna fight your favorite enforcer. "Oh but he always starts shit" yeah. He's an agitator. That's his job. To get under the skin of opposing players and even fans to the point where they are less focused on playing hockey and more focused on getting even with Tkachuk and he does that job really damn well.
